About

Christine Caplinger grew up in Topeka, Kansas, raised by a family with strong legal advocacy and entrepreneurial ties. As a child, she often spent her summers and days off at her family’s law office, where her father, uncle, and grandfather, were all practicing attorneys.

Her family started businesses in and around the Midwest, and they reinvigorated struggling local businesses to ensure their continued success in the Topeka area.

After graduating from Kansas State University with her Bachelor of Science and her J.D. in North Carolina, Christine gained practical business experience, owning and managing several small businesses.

The loss of her parents reignited Christine's passion for estate planning and business law, leveraging her professional and personal experience to provide real-world guidance to help aspiring entrepreneurs succeed and ensure their personal and professional legacy continues on for generations.

“It takes guts to be a business owner, and it’s not for the faint of heart. Starting a business comes with potential success but can come with significant risks. You can prevent many of the pitfalls with proper planning, but certain risks cannot be avoided. The true entrepreneurial spirit is a part of one’s personality and just because one idea may falter does not mean that the next one will. I want to support people who have a desire for that success and ensure no matter what happens, you can continue to succeed in your life.”

Christine is licensed to practice law in Kansas and the United States District Court for the District of Kansas. She is also a member of the Kansas Bar Association, the Topeka Bar Association, the Kansas Women’s Attorney’s Association, and the Sam A. Crow Inns of Court. She is also a board member for SENT.
